Searching our database is quite easy. There are three basic options:
- Search for a specific individual's case status (Click Here)
- Search for activity on a certain date (Click Here)
- Search for individuals who are banished from Houston County (Click Here)
Choosing Option 1 will give you all search results with the name of that defendant. Both pending and closed cases will be shown. If you are unable to find the person you are looking for, try browsing using the letters above or use fewer characters in the name field (i.e. Ferg for Ferguson.)
Choosing Option 2 will give you a screen showing all posted court activity on that date, including bond hearings, arraignments and pleas.
Choosing Option 3 will give you a screen showing all individuals who have been banished from Houston County.
Our data is as accurate as possible, however the actual court files contain the sentence handed down in court.
